Christmas Outreach 2022
Street Angels Ministry Christmas outreach event Tampa 2022 was a huge hit, thanks to local churches and organizations all coming together! Wellspring Church Ruskin, and The Life Church Apollo Beach donated to help purchase blankets, sweatshirts, hoodies, and backpacks for over 100 people. Seaglass Church Apollo Beach collected and donated blankets, jackets, socks, and Bibles. Girls of the World Inc. donated hygiene items, clothes, and socks. Our lady Guadalupe food pantry in Wimauma donated salads, sandwiches, and desserts. HCC Ruskin collected and donated cans of food. We had lots of volunteers, including The Life Church youth group and parents.
Our ministry serves the poor, homeless, working-poor, low/fixed income, vets, and disabled individuals in Hillsborough county. We were able to help over 100 individuals stay warm this winter with blankets, jackets, hats, gloves, scarfs, and emergency Mylar blankets, along with clothes, socks, underwear, backpacks, emergency flashlights, hygiene bags, and a delicious home-cooked Christmas dinner, and most importantly a message of Truth, Hope, Forgiveness, and Love. We bring church to the streets every Thursday afternoon where we share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Then we share a hot home-cooked meal with our friends and offer prayers and fellowship to everyone in need.
